Information we collect
When you submit the quote request form, we receive and store the details you enter: your name, email address, selected service, property location, and project details, along with the date and the division (Security or Visual) it was sent to. To prevent spam and abuse, we also store a one-way coded value derived from your IP address, not the address itself. Only authorized Armor staff can access stored requests through a private, password-protected administrative area used to manage the website. We also receive information you choose to send by email. Our hosting service may log basic technical data, such as IP address, browser, and access time, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, schedule visits, prepare proposals, perform requested services, provide support, and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. Armor does not sell personal information.
Sharing and external services
Information may be processed by providers needed for hosting, communication, or service operations. Links to maps and email lead to services with their own policies. We share only what is necessary to handle a request or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed to respond, provide services, maintain legitimate records, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Cookies and measurement
The website currently does not intentionally use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics tools. Essential hosting features may be used for security and operation. We will update this policy if new measurement or advertising tools are introduced.
